We have identified about 40 Rowland Patriots of the American Revolution. In all likelihood, there were probably Rowland soldiers on the other side, fighting on behalf of England’s King George. However, we have not been able to locate any records yet. Here are the known Rowland American Revolution participants, organized by Colony/State, then alphabetically by name. Please note derivative names of Roland, Rowlands, Rowlandson, and Ruland are also included. Most of these individuals are listed with the Daughters of the American Revolution.
