Chapter VII: Rowland (pages 161-177) covers three Rowland brothers (Harrison, Thomas, and R. N.) who came to Saline County, Arkansas from Alabama in the early 1800s. Harrison Rowland (1800-1865) married Frances Wills and they had eight children. Coverage of the Thomas Rowland (1793-1854) family begins on page 174.
