Yes, I am familiar with your Arthur Rowland (187901932). Here is his WikiTree profile: https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Rowland-2038
He descends from John Rowland (1827-1891) who was born in Manchester, Lancashire, England. He migrated to Yonkers at the age of 32 and was in the hat business.
